Limited Lifetime Warranty

Every product manufactured by A&B Accessories is thoroughly built, inspected and tested before leaving the factory. Each item is warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original purchaser on a prorated basis (contact for details).  Should any trouble develop, call a customer care representative at 1-800-637-0609. Please provide original Invoice, dealership name, and hot tub information. We may request that you return the damaged component, freight paid to the factory in West Fork, Arkansas. If inspection shows the trouble is caused by defective workmanship or material, A&B Outdoor Furniture and Accessories will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, without charge. This warranty does not apply where:

* Repairs have been made or attempted by others;

* Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear;

* Product has been abused, misused, or improperly maintained;

* Alterations have been made to the product.

In no event shall A&B Outdoor Furniture and Accessories be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product. This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of this warranty. A&B Outdoor Furniture and Accessories disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and “fitness for a specific purpose” after the term of this warranty. This warranty gives you legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty exists, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
