Warranty

Every product manufactured by A&B Accessories is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory. Each item purchased after 2016 is warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Should any issues develop, call our representative at 1-800-637-0609. We may request that you return the damaged component, at your expense, to the factory at West Fork, Arkansas. If inspection shows the trouble is caused by defective workmanship or material, A&B will repair or replace the product, at our option, without charge. This warranty does not apply where: Repairs have been made or attempted by others; Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear; * Product has been abused, misused or improperly maintained; * Alterations have been made to the product. High density polyethylene (HDPE) components are warranted against fade, discoloration or deterioration for the lifetime of the original purchaser. In no event shall A&B Accessories be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product.

This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of this warranty. A&B Accessories disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and “fitness for a specific purpose” after the term of this warranty. This warranty gives you legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty exists, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Shipping Information

We strive to deliver you quality spa accessories, and this commitment extends to delivery. Unless specifically instructed to the contrary, our spa accessories are shipped via common carrier, parcel (UPS, DHL, Fed Ex) or US Postal Service – whichever is most expedient and cost-effective.
